We went for lunch at this Bistro at the end of the Esplanade Riel and looks dingy but has super-good food, and I can't remember it's name! Anyhow, I had a FABULOUS Ruben and salad there.

is it the promenade bistro? i love that place-- i had the best crepes there for breakfast!
