Lunch: Hot Tuna Salad. Includes zucchini, snap peas, onion, cremini and button mushrooms, celery, kale and Sriracha.
Snap peas with olive hummus.
Dinner: sauteed chicken with zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, celery, spinach, and green onion.
