I don't know if y'all have noticed, but I'm not a big pork fan (besides bacon) but there was a pork roast at work and no one else would cook it so I did. I made pulled pork using a Coconut & Lime recipe here and it was sooo good! With broccoli slaw.

I have a very bad headache. I had post-apocalyptic-turned-sexy nightmares/dreams last night that seemed to go on for-ev-ah; this is what happens when I go to sleep at a semi-reasonable hour (11:30!).

I had noodles in soup with veggies for breakfast! Look! It snowed yesterday! It's all melted today, but STILL. I AM DONE WITH SNOW. I rode my bike to work anyway. While wearing a skirt. Take that Weather!

I made this by mixing leftovers with ground beef and a sweet/sour/hot sauce I made. Then I put it on soba noodles. It was okay, but I was too stressed out to eat much of this.

So I brought enough lasagna for four people to work last night and Catherine ate 3 1/2 people's worth of it. I think she's eating her feelings. This is all I managed to eat of it!
