Banana barley??? YUM! Did you make those? If so, can I get the recipe?
I did make them! I had a bag of barley flour that I had to use up so I just used my standard banana muffin recipe using barley flour in place of all-purpose flour. I could post the recipe for you if you'd like!
Great idea to swap out the flour - how did they taste compared to wheat/white flour? I would love your recipe, if you don't mind!
