what goes in the fan-freaking-tastic tomato soup? it looks so tomato-y!
It's onions and garlic, then a can of tomato paste, a can of diced tomatoes (sometimes fresh tomatoes, but I didn't have any on-hand), chicken stock, salt, some dill and lots of pepper. I had to balance the flavour out with honey, too.
It was very delicious and satisfying. It practically made itself.
